Resident may be responsible for maintaining insurance pursuant to the lease. Some fees may not apply to apartment homes subject to an affordable program. Resident is responsible for damages that exceed ordinary wear and tear. Some items may be taxed under applicable law. This form is provided for general informational purposes only, does not modify the lease, and is subject at all times to the terms of the application, lease agreement, addenda, and community policies. Additional fees, charges, costs, utility obligations, damages, administrative expenses, or other amounts may apply in specific situations as detailed in the application and/or lease agreement, which may be requested prior to the application process. Residents may be responsible for activating and maintaining utility services, including but not limited to electricity, water, internet, and any other services required by the lease agreement. Ownership and management shall not be liable for any omission, typographical error, display error, estimate, third-party cost variation, or misunderstanding arising from this fee guide, and in the event of any inconsistency, the signed lease documents shall control.
